True Nanotechnology Restorative for Anterior & Posterior Excellence
3M Filtek Z350 XT Universal Restorative is the world’s leading composite restorative utilizing 3M’s proprietary TRUE nanofiller technology. Unlike microhybrids or nanohybrids, nanoparticles are clustered and chemically bonded within the matrix to maintain lasting polish retention identical to natural tooth enamel wear.
- Unrivaled Polish Retention: Wears at the same rate as the surrounding resin matrix, resisting staining and plaque buildup.
- Exceptional Wear Resistance: Ideal for high-stress posterior Class I and Class II restorations.
- Fluorescence & Opalescence: Natural light scattering mimics vital tooth structures effortlessly.
- Easy Handling: Non-sticky formulation ensures clean instrument release without slump or pull-back.
Clinical Application & Photopolymerization Protocol
Apply 3M Single Bond Universal or Scotchbond Etchant (15s on enamel, 10s on dentin). Light cure for 10 seconds.
Place composite in increments of ≤ 2.0 mm thickness to minimize polymerization shrinkage stress and optimize depth of cure.
Cure with a high-intensity dental LED curing light (≥ 1000 mW/cm²) for 20 seconds per increment for Body shades.
Cold-Chain Thermal Integrity & Batch Shelf Life
To preserve monomer viscosity and cross-linking photo-initiators, TheDentalHeights maintains active warehouse air conditioning at 18°C–24°C and packs all shipments in multi-layer insulated thermal pouches with BlueDart Medical.
CDSCO Class C Regulatory Compliance & Safety Data
Imported and marketed in full compliance with the Medical Devices Rules (MDR 2017) enforced by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
